Looking for a professional to rent the 2nd double bedroom in this awesome flat.

I'm Andrew, 30 and looking after Quality and Safety for a yogurt brand. I love to cook and play sport most Saturdays. Happy to live with male or female (lived in a 5 female house in uni so I'm well trained!)

Bills are not included and roughly come to an extra £300 (+£100 for couples)- includes high speed wifi, tv license, council tax, utilities etc.

You'd have your own large double bedroom with walk in wardrobe! (ooooh!) and we have a large private garden with fire pit and BBQ (there was a paddling pool but the foxes murdered it). We have a large kitchen/lounge (with dishwasher) and bathroom (with bath).

Listed as unfurnished but bed, drawers etc available to buy if needed/desired.

Ground Floor apartment of a 2 storey house in a nice quiet residential road. situated within a 10 minute walk to Streatham/ Streatham Hill Stations and multiple bus links to other locations (Brixton). 10 minute walk to the Streatham Common and Tooting Common with lots of supermarkets and an Odeon right at the end of the road if you love movies!
