Single Room Available in lovely Streatham flat

THE ROOM: a cosy bright single room. Furnished and plenty of storage. (There are few bits and pieces to be moved out of the room atm).

THE HOUSE: big living room, big kitchen, one toilet and one bathroom to share with Alissia and Matt. Balcony in the kitchen. Garage has space for storage, and there is a car park.

THE FLATMATES: Alissia works as a Graphic Designer, likes cooking, being outdoor and plants, imperfect vegan. Tom works in a theatre so he’s out most evenings and loves watching movies. Matt works as a video producer in communications and PR, a huge pop/r&b music fan and enjoys cycling, imperfect vegetarian.

THE BILLS: Internet, water, electricity, gas and council taxes. Bills vary with seasons. Winter time is around £200 per person, summer go down to about £150 pp. The house is cold during winter and we’re trying to keep the bills down, so take this into consideration

THE AREA: small Tesco and Sainsbury's 2mins walk, Lidl/Coop 5mins, big Tesco/Aldi/Waitrose 15 mins walk. All possible gyms around. Streatham Hill station 5 min walk. Streatham station 15 mins walk. Brixton station 15-20 min by bus. Bus stops right down the apartment.

Bedroom is available at the end of May/early June. We're looking for a clean, tidy and respectful human being, so please tell us a bit about yourself and we can arrange a view.
