- cleaner included for nice tidy communal spaces
- Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, including Nutriblender, air fryer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
- Brand new oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machines etc (essentially everything is brand new)
- Epic bi-folding doors for a stay home summer. Large Garden with a patio so summer will be awesome!!
- separate living room with excellent space - Dining area to socialise after work and also chill out at the weekend, with a TV
- Japandi, skandi kind of decor newwly renovated kitchen
- 2 bathrooms so limited sharing ie only sharing with one other person.

🚂 THE AREA
Wonderful area close to local services, shops (Lidl M&S Tesco) and regular transport links for easy access to the city centre:
2 bus stops each about 4 mins walk from the house
- 5 mins bus to Streatham Common train station ( for train to Victoria (20mins) and London Bridge (30mins) Balham (6mins)
- 10mins to Streatham train station.
- 20 mins bus to Brixton tube.

I am a clean, social, and easy-going
law professional 32 years young 😊😊. Not a party animal but also not a recluse - somewhere between.

My other housemate is 24 years and working as a fashion buyer - very fun to be around and always brings good vibes.

Hoping to be joined by someone with an awesome positive personality who will treat the space like their home :).

Ps only bills not included are gas and electric due to flactuations but tends to be about 50.00 each in total.
