2 double rooms in Streatham

Our lovely housemates are moving out , so we have 2 double rooms to fill in our 4 bed streatham home from Jan 12 2025.

You’ll be living with Hannah (28, business development exec) and Georgia (34, project manager.) We have our own busy lives but get along really well and are looking for a new lass to join us in making some often great, but often terrible decisions.

Sorry lads, only gals allowed with the landlady.

The house is a 1st floor flat, with bedrooms all on separate floors, so it feels really spacious. 2 bathrooms, and a communal lounge and kitchen. We also have a great roof terrace space that’s perfect for summer bbqs and sunbathing.

Room 1
It is a medium size double with window looking out on to the terrace and downstairs’ leafy garden. Included are chest of drawers and a double bed with mattress.

Rent is £710 p/month plus bills (around £145 p/month).

Room 2
Massive double attic room with super king bed and loads of storage. Bed, chest of drawers and bedside table included. Built in wardrobe and loads of additional storage in the eaves.

theres loads of free roadside parking around the house

Closest station is streatham common (1 min walk-20 mins to Victoria / London Bridge) or streatham (10 min walk- city thameslink/Farringdon 25mins) and busses to Brixton from right outside the house.

Viewings will be ad hoc when we can around the Xmas period. We may be able to do some last min viewings early January and are happy to do virtual viewings.

About you:
You’re between 26-35 (bit of wiggle if you’re the right person), you have you own thing going on but willing to be social with the house, you have the perfect balance of getting loose and getting your head down, and please light footed peeps only (your room will be above Hannah’s or Georgia’s)
