Our lovely housemate is moving out so we have a double room in Streatham (SW) available from 18th May.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with 2 others, everyone is super respectful of time so no need to worry about getting out in time for plans or work.
Rent is £825PCM + bills sitting around c.£70 a month each.
The room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe, with enough space for addition drawers and/or a desk.
Our house is located on a quiet residential road, with 4 bedrooms arranged over 3 floors including a spacious open-plan reception room and private garden. (Btw we don’t have that scary table anymore, we have a sofa and tv now haha)
Nearest stations - Streatham Common (7 min walk) 20 minute bus to Brixton and 8 minute bus to Tooting Broadway instead
Current housemates:
Jahmel (29), James (32), and Tayla (me, 27) who work in marketing & advertising. All fun, social, clean people who have their own lives but also enjoy the occasional house night out / party.
