I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my cosy, modern two-bed apartment near Streatham Common. It’s a lovely home that feels like a haven in the city, and I’d love to find someone easy-going, considerate, and reliable to join me.

Despite overlooking the main road(which creates great people watching opportunities), the soundproofing here is excellent - it feels serene inside, and I often forget we’re so close to everything.

• 10 minutes to Streatham Common station (regular trains to London Victoria).
• On the doorstep: Tesco Extra, Aldi, M&S Food Hall, leisure centre with gym/pool/ice rink (resident discount), Streatham & Tooting Commons, plus great pubs.

About me / what I’m looking for:
I work part-time in the charity sector and also run my own coaching business, so my weeks are varied and I’m often out in the evenings or at weekends. I like having my independence but enjoy a catch-up when we’re both around. If you’re into wellness/wellbeing or the gym, that’s a bonus, though not a requirement.

I’d prefer someone who works outside the home most of the week (max 2 WFH days). I also love keeping the flat fresh and airy - I open the windows most days - so lighter cooking styles work best for me.

Mostly, I’m looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, and considerate, and who will treat this place as a home.
