Looking for another couple to share 3 bed flat

Hi, we're Adam and Matilda. We are 27 & 28, both work in the city - Adam as a Transport Planner and I work in External Affairs for a charity. We are both very social, both go to the gym, enjoy playing sports, going for a pint with friends, dinner out and a dance or here there, as well as cosy evenings in watching trash tv or, in Adam's case, watching football all Sunday.

The flat is 3 bedrooms, one master and two good sized double rooms (as pictured). We are looking for another couple to join us who would take both double rooms. The second would make a great home office or spare room/dressing room/yoga studio/whatever tickles your fancy. You would also have a private bathroom (pictured). There is a shared living room/dining room and kitchen (also pictured). The furniture shown is included however we can put any of it in storage depending on how you want to use the rooms.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Streatham Hill and Streatham rail stations, 15 minute bus from Brixton (Victoria Line) and Balham (Northern Line). Lidl is 1 minute away, other supermarkets very near as the flat is just off the high street.

We would love to live with a fun, outgoing couple who are happy and respectful in communal spaces, but are also looking to have plenty of their own private space.

The rent will be £1050 in total (£525 per person), and the bills will be around £75 - £100 per person.
