Looking for a housemate to join us at this beautiful period garden flat overlooking Tooting Bec Common. The flat includes off road parking, an impressive garden space with side access, modern kitchen facilities and large comfortable living area.
The large double with en-suite is situated at the front of the house (see floor plan)

Tooting Bec (Northern Line) - 15min walk
Streatham Railway - 10min walk
Buses run frequently along Tooting Bec Road
BILLS:
Roughly £150 pcm per person. Gas/Electric variable. We also have a cleaner who comes bi-weekly.
ABOUT US:
We are three existing housemates (Jason, Magda & Haz) all in our mid 30’s.
We’re busy professionals with our own social lives and looking for a tidy and respectful housemate who would join us for the odd glass of wine/pub trip and wants to make a house a home.
