Lovely room + private bathroom in modern house

Hello! We are Joana and David and we're renting one room in our 3 bed house. We have been renting in London for years and we're looking for someone as chill as Nina who is sadly moving out.

You'll share a living room, fully equipped kitchen and largen garden with us but you'll have your own bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a large toilet and plenty of storage downstairs.

The room is currently furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and mirror.

Rent includes all bills and a cleaner every other week. We are looking for someone to move in latest by mid November.

Very important detail - we have two extremely friendly black cats so we hope to find someone who might enjoy their company. We will be asking for ID, proof of employment/ references.

We work from home some days from our study and some days we commute to central London. We are looking for an outgoing professional who is friendly, respectful and chilled.

In our spare time we enjoy cooking 🌮, going to the pub 🍻 (pub quizzing on Sunday) try our best to go to the gym 💪, and when chilling at home find ourselves hosting the odd games night 🎲 or drinks/dinner with friends 🍸. We do obviously enjoy a Netflix binge every now and then, luckily we have two TVs so everyone can binge in peace.
