Lovely Double Awaiting New Tenant in Mitcham

We're looking for someone nice to join our welcoming house share on Mitcham Lane.

Your room:
You'd be moving into a spacious, fully-furnished double room on the top floor, which you'd share with just one other person, so you'll have your own peaceful corner of the house. The bathroom is shared with only one other housemate, making mornings much easier (no queuing for the shower!).

The current tenant has kept the room in immaculate condition, so you'll be moving into a really lovely space.

About the house:
Our home has 6 bedrooms in total. Right now, we're 2 women and 4 men (well, 3 once this room goes), all working professionals who are friendly, respectful, and genuinely easy to get along with. We've built a proper home here, not just a house share where everyone hides in their rooms.

We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks to keep the common areas fresh and tidy, which really helps keep things running smoothly. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, perfect for cooking and chatting over a cuppa. We've got a lovely garden too, which is brilliant for relaxing on sunny days or having the odd barbecue. The common areas are comfortable and welcoming.

What's nearby:
You're a short walk from Streatham station (Thameslink) which gets you to St Pancras in no time. The local area has some great spots, there's a fantastic live music venue, a lovely gastropub practically on the doorstep, and plenty of community spaces nearby.

The practical stuff:
Rent is all-inclusive bills, high-speed fibre internet, council tax, everything's covered. No surprise costs or complicated splitting of bills each month.
