Monday to Thursday - Streatham double

Hi there,

I have a double room available in my ground floor flat in Streatham/ West Norwood.

Weekdays only, ideally Monday - Thursday, all bills included and ideally someone looking for less than 6 months' ideally. I'd also consider a shorter let for 7 days a week with the right person (we can chat about rent if interested in this).

The room is furnished with a double bed and cupboard/ small hanging space. It has a desk although I can swap that out for a big comfy chair if you'd prefer. The room won't be used when you're not in it so you'd be free to treat it as your own space.

Whole flat has recently been refurbished. Broadband and shower are both decent and the flat is double glazed so nice and quiet. You'd have shared use of the kitchen (fully equipped), living /dining space and bathroom and the flat also has a cute little courtyard at the back and large South facing garden (although currently being landscaped and questionable how relevant it is at this time of year anyway!).

You'd be sharing with me, 39, a lawyer, pretty easy to get along with. I'm in the office a few days a week and work from home the rest of the time. I tend to be fairly relaxed in the evenings in the week and in bed at a decent time these days. Looking for someone similar who will be clean and tidy and look after the space. Happy to leave you to do your own thing although it would be nice to find someone I get along with who'd share a friendly chat here and there. Lived in many flat shares over the years and travelled so I know the drill about respecting other people's space.

The flat is on a nice, quiet road, only a short walk to both West Norwood and Streatham High Streets so easy access to a good selection of pubs, shops, restaurants, gyms etc.

Really well located for travel with access to Southern, Thameslink and South Eastern trainlines and a short bus ride to Brixton tube. Nearest stations are Tulse Hill (8 mins), West Norwood (10 mins) and West Dulwich and Streatham Hill (15 mins). Parking is free on the streets outside.
