Large Double Room

Hello,
We have a room available for one person in our House Share, available from the 22th Feb 2026.
The Room is quite large and has plenty of storage space and shelves.

The room is on the ground floor, facing the back garden and is next to the kitchen.

Rent is £535 a month and includes all bills including Wifi (Vodafone). We are council tax band D but as previously stated it's included in the rent.
Rent is due on the 14th of each month.

There are good transport links. We are a 10 seconds to 3 min walk away to several bus stops,
Tooting Broadway tube is a short bus ride away, there is a 15 min walk to Tooting Railway Station.
We are close to Streatham as well.
There are several large
supermarkets in the area (Lidl,
Sainsburys, Tesco).

Parking is roadside, but controlled so charges apply. You can apply for a permit from the council for around £70-80 per year.

We tend to have friendly chats here and there but generally do our own thing.
The house is quite old and has it's imperfections but the cheap rent compensates for it.
