Beautiful single room

This is a lovely warm, light and cosy room. It's also an incredibly quiet flat given the location.

The flat is really well situated between Streatham train station and Streatham Common station. There are 3 different supermarkets at the end of the road (a five minute walk away) and multiple buses that take you into central London, including a very regular night bus.

Streatham itself has lots of great restaurants and cafes and both Streatham Common and Tooting Common are less than a 10 minute walk away. Tooting also has the lido.

Myself and my existing tenant
are both friendly professionals in our 30s and are looking for a clean and nice person to join us. LGBTQ+ friendly. Ideally someone who works outside of the home. Hope to hear from you!
