Master Bedroom in 2 Bed house £900

Hi!

I recently purchased my first home and I’m looking for a roommate or couple to share my space.

The house is furnished but there’s still a few things I have on my list of things to do..

I’m a fitness lover. So if you share the passion I’m always looking for a jogging friend.

The room is ready March 9th.

3 things to note

1. I am getting the loft converted into an ensuite bedroom. During the time of works I will honour a 50% reduction in rent. The works are expected to start in March and will take up to 6-8 weeks.

2. The room is £1050 which includes all bills. If the price is too high for you, I do have a junior bedroom for £900 all in.

3. For a couple, the price is £1300. A pet is £150 extra per month.

I expect first and last months rent upon succesful application.

I will be arranging open houses. If you’re interested in viewing the property send me a note and I will let you know when the open house sessions are.
