A double bedroom has become available in a spacious and recently refurbished 4 bedroom house. There is only one other (myself) living in the 1700ft sq house.
The house has been refurbished in the past year to a high standard throughout, with two reception rooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, and dining/living room looking onto a private patio and garden to the rear.
Just recently moved in and still buying furniture / curtains, etc. Happy to buy any new furniture you might want for the bedroom / happy to put a TV into the bedroom.
The HOUSE;
Large Victorian terraced house, on a quiet residential street in the heart of Streatham Village. Unlimited fibre-optic broadband (with min. 70Megabytes Speed) throughout the house, with Cat 6 internet sockets for a wired connection in most rooms. Sky Q and Netflix TV - considering multi-room for the two reception rooms. The house is warm inside as I have had a new boiler installed and there is good central heating, insulation, and double glazing throughout. I see the house as a home and not just a place to stay, and I am busy in the evenings and weekends, mainly with sports and socialising. Looking for someone to be like mindedly clean and tidy.
The BEDROOM;
The Bedroom has a brand new mattress, wardrobe (need to buy), and a bedside table. It is situated at the back of the house on the first floor, overlooking the garden, so is very quiet. Would consider installing new TV for private use.
The KITCHEN;
Fully fitted new kitchen, with dishwasher, washer / dryer , induction hob, microwave and large fridge / freezer, with loads of cupboard space. Polished concrete floors with underfloor heating.
The GARDEN ROOM;
Bi-fold doors opening onto patio and rear garden. Dining room table, sofa, large TV Sky Q TV and Netflix. Polished concrete floors with underfloor heating.
The SHOWERROOM;
