Large Double Room

Large Double room available in creative household. The room is very spacious with a window looking out onto the back garden.

The house itself definitely feels like a home, large living spaces and cosy furniture, great for hanging out in with the housemates.

The housemates are all working in the music industry, 2 singer song-writers who also teach singing, and one drum teacher. They do teach in the house some evenings and weekends, but never too noisy. They are all 28/29 years old, and super friendly.

We do have friends over sometimes for food and drinks, especially in summer the garden is great for hosting. We also do small events in the garden/living room where independent artists come to the house and play their music to a small crowd once every 3 months or so, they’re great fun!

We are looking for someone who is clean, nice and friendly, ideally also working in the creative industries but not completely necessary.

The rent is £773.14 every month on the 10th, bills come to £159 each month too. The house is in Streatham near the common. A short walk away from Norbury station where you can get to Victoria in about 25mins, also bus links to Brixton in about 15mins depending on traffic! It’s a quiet area, with some nice coffee shops nearby and a nice park for walks/runs and tennis too.

I’m leaving to go home to Ireland for work, gutted to leave behind such great housemates who I now call friends!
