Monday to Friday let

Hello!

We have a spare room in a 2 bedroom property located in the heart of Streatham. Just off the high street on a quiet residential road, 5 minutes walk from Streatham over ground station with links directly into the city, London Bridge and other handy destinations. Streatham - city Thameslink station takes 23 minutes for example. Multiple buses also run to Brixton (Victoria line) at the end of the road which takes 20 minutes. Within 10 minutes walk you have Aldi, MNS, Tesco extra, Sainsbury’s and Lidl. There is different variations of paid parking around however about an 8 minute walk away I know a free spot where I used to park my car.

We have a garden which is having some work done ready for summer, and a Webber bbq if you fancy lighting it up!

A bit about us - Nick, I’m 41 work Monday to Friday, out of the house by 7.30am if not earlier. I cook a lot in the evenings, watch sport and generally just chill. Amaani is my girlfriend, she is about to do a new restaurant opening so will most likely not see her all summer! Ha!

This room would suit someone who has little belongings as the kitchen and living room are quite well equipped. However in the bedroom there is plenty of space and storage.

All bills included, we have WiFi , sky tv and all the other usual apps. Also as it is a Monday to Friday no worries about washing bed sheets and towels we can do that for you. Same thing goes for milk etc, if we have it just use it and replace as we go.

We are both laid back, love to cook and have a nice wine and want to keep our little house tidy and clean!
