Looking for a 3rd housemate in Streatham

Hello!

Currently in the search for a 3rd housemate to take over this cozy double bed room in a lovely house within Streatham - available from the 1st May 2024.

The housemate should be tidy, someone who will pay their rent on time and will treat the flat as their home. We are looking for someone who would like to have a friendly relationship with their flatmates as we have always enjoyed doing activities or meals together every now and then. We are all sociable but also like to have our own space for decompression. LGBT friendly household!

The room is a spacious double with two big windows so it gets lots of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe. The house has 2 bathrooms (one bath/shower and one toilet), a communal kitchen/living area and it is positioned in the heart of streatham, meaning easy access to numerous supermarkets, gyms, swimming pools, parks, libraries, banks, cinemas, pubs and bars - pretty much everything you need is around the corner! There is also a large communal garden, shared with our lovely neighbours and free parking.

Very convenient travel e. g:

Central London (e. g. 26min door to door Oxford Street or same to the City.)
Thameslink is a 5 minute walk from the house
3 overground train stations: Streatham (5 min walk from the house) and Streatham Common (11 min walk) and Streatham Hill (26 minute walk / 15 min bus)
Direct trains to Victoria 17min, London Bridge, Faringdon 24min, etc.
Many night buses available= easy travel at night.
