Good sized double bedroom with ensuite available in a spacious 4 bed house in Tooting/Streatham. Our housemate is sadly moving out to live in Spain, so we are looking for a friendly and chilled female to share this lovely home with. Will be living with Jess (30) who works in events, Anna (27) who is an artist and Lizzie (25) who works in publishing. We are looking for housemates in their mid-late 20s/early 30s who is looking for a home not just a room. We all have our own social lives but do enjoy being social as a house.

The House:
Great sized house for the price, there is a large hallway on the ground floor which we use for shoe/coat/bike storage. Upstairs there is a large open plan kitchen/dinner and living room, with lovely big windows. Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. The house has two communal bathrooms one the first floor and another on the loft level.

There is a paved front garden and large, if somewhat overgrown, back garden accessed through a balcony on the first floor bedroom.

The double bedroom available is on the first floor of the house, and has its own bathroom. Good sized room with a large window for that afternoon sun. The house is technically a 5 bed but we use the very small 5th bedroom as an work space/spare room.

Amazing value as the house has been passed between friends for many years, the rent is £663 currently (we are expecting a slight increase each October when contract renews). Bills are monthy approximately £100 pp (Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax - Band C and Sky TV and internet). Room is unfurnished but Katie is moving abroad so some furniture might be for sale. Room is available from the 1st September.
