You’d be living with two lovely girls, Poppy, 27, a designer for a PR company, and Lydia, 29, a children’s social worker.

The flat is a 5-10 minute walk from streatham station (Thames link and London Bridge trains) and 15 from Streatham hill station (London Victoria trains), as well as quick buses to Brixton, Tooting, and Balham, right on our doorstep☺️ we also have big Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and M&S all 5-10 mins walking distance.

The flat is recently refurbished, modern, clean and well-kept. We rent it unfurnished but this has allowed us to make the flat our home!

The bedrooms are at the back of the house and the room has amazing sound proof double glazed windows!

We are just 5 mins walk from Tooting common, and close to the lido for the summer. We also have a little sunny terrace off one of the bedrooms for sitting out to eat and sunbathing☀️

We have a clean and tidy household and would expect the same from the new housemate.

Our landlord is lovely, professional, and responds to issues quickly. The new housemate would need to pass the tenant checks, so be employed/ have the right to rent in the UK. The room is £810 per month and bills come to around £130 per month each
