About the house:
Charming double room available in a quiet, spacious flat, situated a stones throw from transport links and Tooting Common.
This is a room in an existing 3 bed flat share with two other professional females. The flat benefits from a great size living room with a homely vibe for evening nights in, as well as a huge garden, ideal for enjoying the coming summer sun!

The current tenancy ends in August, but there is a strong possibility of extending it for a further year.
The flat is a lovely, clean space and an ideal environment to relax after a long day at work!
We’re looking for a flatmate who is conscious of cleanliness and willing to contribute to the household, sharing the responsibility of household bills etc.

Peaceful is the key word and it is to be stressed this isn’t a party flat, although both flatmates are social people, we just value each other’s peace! A monthly flat dinner/ social is something we aim for, as we all work different schedules. Our landlord has been really good with getting things fixed quickly and done properly. Landlords in London can be a nightmare sometimes so we feel really lucky we’ve got a reliable and responsible one.

The flat is a short walk to Streatham mainline station with fast links to London Bridge and the city so an ideal commute. There are also a number of bus services at the end of the road (1 min walk), linking you to Tooting, Balham, Clapham and Brixton. There are also buses (3 min walk) that go into central! All your grocery needs are met with Tesco Extra (8 min walk), M&S (7 min walk), Aldi (6 min walk), and Lidl (7 min walk). These connections mean it is an ideal flat for those wanting a quiet place to return to after a busy day after work/enjoying the life London has to offer! There are numerous gyms and cafes in the local area so, you have plenty of options on your doorstep!

About the room:
Cozy double room with a comfortable double bed (mattress topper included). Comes with a wardrobe and a side table. Space is big enough to add another chest of drawers and a small desk if you move the bed around. Great radiator, warms the room up super quick!

- Multiple gyms including Pure Gym, Streatham Leisure Centre and multiple independent gyms/fitness studios.
- Multiple cute cafes including one just around the corner at the end of our street for your coffee fix.
- Lovely local pub also at the end of our street for a convenient drink or two after work.
- Two big green spaces to choose from; Tooting Common (2 min walk - just down the road!)& Streatham Common (9 min walk). Perfect for those who are runners/aspiring runners or if you want to add some greenery to your walks
- Odeon cinema (10 min walk)

Bills are approximately £150/month for gas, electricity, council tax (Band C), water and internet (but will fluctuate during winter months). We’re all pretty hands-on with bills and try to divide bill responsibilities between each of us.
Initial payments include a deposit of £961.33 and 1st month rent. The house will be available to move into from now and so looking to find suitable people ASAP. As you’ll be replacing the current tenant till the end of the contract (August) there is a strong chance of renewing for another year. Therefore, we are looking for people who are looking for more long term arrangements.

About us:

Kiiti is a 25 year old pharmacist working at St George’s hospital which is only a 25 minute commute for her. She loves cooking as well as going out to dinner with friends. She is currently in the her healthy girl era and trying to learn how to swim.
As we’re all quite busy with life and work, we would love to be able to wind down in the evenings and just have a nice chat over some dinner and tv. We enjoy some quiet time and are looking for people who enjoy the same.

Shaya is an aspiring health psychologist and is currently working as a teaching assistant. She 26 and trying her best to romanticise her life when she’s not struggling in this economy like everyone else. She was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Lived in Melbourne, Australia for about 4 years while she completed her undergrad in psychology. Came to London in 2022 to complete a MSc in Health Psychology. Likes walks, salsa dancing, exploring food and drink places in London, and plantsss.

About you:
Working professional females preferred - full time workers ideally but willing to consider half wfh/full time.
Clean and tidy roomie - so very important.
