The property is 5 min walk to Streatham Common (Victoria / London Bridge) and 10min walk to Streatham (City Thames Link). It's also a short walk from both Tooting Common and Streatham Common.
All bills are included. Happy to consider couples but the rent will be adjusted accordingly.
I have a little spaniel called Gus and he's great with other animals so all good if you have a pet you'd like to bring.
Looking for short-term, easy going housemates who are clean, respectful and bring positive vibes.
