Double room available in great share house!

I’m moving out of this amazing share house and we’re looking for someone to move in 18th May :)

The house is in amazing condition with a large fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and range cooking stove), a spacious living room (with gas fireplace) and a utility room (with washing machine and dryer).

There are 3 bathrooms with showers (1 has bath and is newly refurbished) and 1 separate toilet. The house also has a cellar which provides great extra storage space and an amazing west-facing garden perfect for summer BBQs.

It’s a large Edwardian household shared with 7 people, it’s incredibly spacious and never feels crowded!

Housemates are all between their late 20s to mid 30s. They’re a fun, friendly, interesting bunch from a variety of backgrounds and different careers. Everyone gets along well and it’s a warm, welcoming and sociable place, but equally privacy it’s important and we all work hard to keep the space clean and not be too loud.

£555 per month (including bills). Deposit is one month’s rent.

Room is on the first floor. Comes furnished with a double bed, desk & chest of drawers. The room faces the backyard so is very quiet and doesn’t share a wall with any other rooms.

House is a 2 minute walk from Tooting Bec Common & 5 mins from Tooting Bec Lido. It’s also an 8 min bus ride to Tooting Bec Station (on the Northern Line) and a 10 min walk from Streatham Station. There are also buses to Brixton that take about 25 mins.

Street parking available but you’ll need to purchase a permit.
