Lovely quiet room in Streatham

Hello,

I have a lovely double room available in my flatshare as my current flatmate is moving. The flat is 2 mins down the road from Streatham High Street, but is exceptionally quiet so great for anyone that has noise sensitivities. We're 2 mins away from Lidl, Iceland, Superdrug, Boots, loads of great restaurants and cafes, as well as tonnes of charity shops and more. I've lived in Streatham almost 2 years and love it here!

However, the best bit is that you will be sharing the home with a little fluff ball called Oscar. Although he is nervous at first, he is friendly, playful and loves a good cuddle.

You'll also be sharing the flat with me: my name is Sam, I'm 28 years old and work as a fundraiser for a mental health charity. I work mostly from home. I love all things musical theatre, animals, queer events and board games.

Accessibility:
There's two steps to get to our communal front door, then 21 steps up to our flat on the second floor. Unfortunately, there is no lift. The flat is entirely on one level.

The flat:
It's a 2 bedroom flat, so you'll only be sharing with me (and Oscar). It's south facing so we get loads of natural light. The flat is also facing the huge shared garden, which is home to lots of birds we can hear in the morning. The garden has off-street parking available.

I'm looking to share the space with someone that is clean, likes cats, keeps the party out of the house, and is generally kind and considerate.

Costs (each, per month):
Rent: £925 per month (although it'll be £862.50 for the first month)
Council tax: £69
Water bill: £18ish
Broadband: £13
Energy: Varies between £40 and £50
Deposit: i will confirm ASAP. Probably around £1000.
