Super king bed room available immediately :)

Hey hey! How's it going?

So my current flatmate Aaron has just moved out to live with his partner down the road, which means I'm now searching for a new flatmate to live here with!

The room is a huge spacious double which is furnished and comes with a really comfy super king size bed + mattress (Emma brand, 1 year old), work desk and chair, and huge wall-fitted double wardrobe (it's actually two and a half wardrobes as there's another mini wardrobe on the other side of the room, so loads of storage space for clothing, etc.). The bedroom also gets lots of natural light with two large south-facing windows.

The flat itself is a 2 bed 1 bath, with an easy going layout for two people (see Photos), and has had some recent renovations (bathroom and kitchen) making it a really nice place to live - evidently as I wish to remain here longer!

The flat originally was unfurnished but I have since furnished it so you don't need to worry about getting any new items unless you want to bring any additional items for the bedroom. The lounge is open plan with the kitchen and has a very large 'L' shape sofa, new Sony 4K 55" TV, home cinema sound bar, and an extra desk in case of remote working outside of the bedroom. The flat also has WiFi - we had super fast 1GB full fibre broadband installed recently.

The flat is on Hopton Road which is such a fab location! It's literally a 3-4 min walk to the main Streatham overground station for the Thameslink and South Western lines, and similar distance for the main shops on the high street (Tesco, Aldi, M&S, coffee shops, etc.). Streatham Common is a lovely green area which is 5 minutes walk away.

In terms of bills, they range in cost month by month but I would say expect about £200 each on average a month (electricity, gas, water, council tax, and broadband). This is something we'd obviously both have visibility of on a monthly basis and split between us.

Now about me - I'm pretty easy going to be honest, I do love enjoying the nightlife of London and music is a big thing for me so I find myself going to gigs and events a lot (rock, indie, electronic music like house). I'd consider mysef an open minded and fun loving person, and I work in the corporate B2B marketing and communications space. Hoping to find someone who I can connect and become friends with, not just be flatmates!
