HUGE room available in Streatham 3 bed - early Aug

Hey! My friend Lauryn and I are looking to offer on this lovely 3 bed house with a sunny garden in Streatham, 5 mins walk from Streatham station and just off Streatham Common. The house has a double reception room, front room and dining room type situation, cute bathroom with free standing bath and a suuuuper cute kitchen.

The room available is the largest of the 3, we have suggested the split at £900 for the biggest room but happy to discuss how we came to this price vs the total house price p/m. It’s unfurnished but we both have lots of furniture to bring to make the home cosy and gorge! We want to be in by the very start of August/ late July.

We are both 27, I’m an interior designer and Lauryn works in marketing, both WFH 2-3 days a week. We are both super social and very tidy and want to make a new friend rather that just a housemate, but appreciate everyone’s space and own interests. Would love a housemate who we could cook with from time to time, share a glass of wine whilst watching trash tv and grab a coffee together on a Sunday every now and then!

Lauryn and I are both into music and events, but Mon-Fridays are spent heads down at work. Both single girls keen to make this our cosy home for the next 18-24 months ❤️
