SUBLET (21st August to 18th September)

Subletting my double room in Streatham from 21st August - 18th September (4 weeks)

- Has excellent transport links (5min walk to station with southern and thameslink services and 2 other stations a 15min walk away. Heaps of bus routes within a 3 minute walk and tooting bec (northen line) is 7min on the bus.
- You would be living with 4 other flatmates who are fantastic. We are a relatively social flat and like to hang out and watch TV, have a pint at the pub or cook together on weekends.
- the house has 3 toilets, a large kitchen and lounge and a lovely outdoor space out the back.
- Cost of rent + bills for the duration of the sublet is £855
