Hey guys! i'm Roisin - the owner of this lovely little flat. the property is currently on the market for sale and i need someone to move in on a temporary basis until a sale is completed which typically takes 2 to 3 months.
the tenant can stay as long as they like until a sale is agreed and at that point, they will receive 2 months notice to vacate.
The property needs to be kept to a very high standard of clean and tidy for sale viewings which will take place about once or twice per week.
due to the odd arrangement, i'm only charging £1000 per month, no bills included.
