Cosy Room for Rent in Streatham

I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a compact single bedroom in a nice and cosy flat in a quiet cul-de-sac in Streatham (SW16 6BA).

This area has good transport links, including:

Streatham Common train station: a few minutes' walk away, with services to London Victoria and London Bridge.
Buses: 60, 118, 250, and G1, offering direct connections to Croydon, Brixton, Tooting, and Clapham.
Streatham train station: with services to London Blackfriars and Luton.
Tooting Bec underground station (Northern Line): a short bus ride away, providing quick access to central London.
Within 5 minutes, you have a Tesco Extra, Aldi, and Lidl. There is also a Sports Direct and several gyms nearby.

I am moving because I work in Twickenham and I am tired of spending the day on public transport.

My preference is for a clean and tidy person who values peace and quiet. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room.

The room has a single bed, dresser, clothes rack, desk, and chair.

The kitchen is fully equipped except for a dryer and dishwasher.

The rent is £700 per month, including all bills.
