Spacious Double in two bed period flat, Streatham

Hey I'm Thomas, I’m moving out of the flat and need someone to take my spot on a 12-month tenancy agreement starting from 27th September. You would be sharing with my brother Daniel.

The room would be best suited to a single professional (non-smoker) who is tidy, quiet and respectful - we respect each other's space and tend not to invite guests over, but equally we’re looking for someone friendly and pleasant, as we are.

Location
- situated on a quiet road with minimal traffic
- 5-minute from Tesco Superstore, M&S, and Aldi
- 5 minutes from Streatham Station
- 10 minutes from Streatham Hill and Streatham Common stations
- Close to Streatham and Tooting Commons

Rent and Bills
- 12-month contract starting from 27th September
- Total rent for the whole flat is £1,750 per month, which we currently split 54/46 as I have the bigger room. This can be discussed with Daniel.
- Deposit: £875
- Bills are typically around £150-200 per month each (incl ct, g+e, water, tv license, broadband)
- Let through an agency so you will need to pass their tenancy checks.

This is a really lovely flat in a great location, ideally suited if you are looking for something tranquil and relaxed.
