I’m currently looking for one female housemate to join our spacious 3 bedroom flat.
Rent: £875 p/m
Bills: Approx £163 p/m
Move in date: Around Sept 15th / 16th
Furnished (Beds and built in wardrobes)
The flat is light and airy and the room comes furnished with a bed and built in wardrobes - offering great storage space! You will have access to a shared bathroom ( shared with one other) which is fitted with a modern shower and heated towel rail.
The kitchen / living space is modern and also has lots of storage place. This space backs out onto the lovely private garden area and is a nice space for enjoying the sun during the day.
Location wise, the flat is in a great position, located on a nice road and within a short walk to several key bus stops and just over a 10min walk to Streatham Station. The nearest tube Station is Tooting Bec and can be access via a 30 min walk or a 5 min bus ride.
You’re also within a short walking distance to the main high street and all the shops.

- Security cameras at front entrance
- Attentive landlord / management company
- Bike storage in communal hallway / entrance (bike racks on walls)

We are looking for a flat mate who has similar interests, is tidy and is looking for a home where you feel comfortable to relax and occasionally socialise as a house - we both respect that sometimes you just need a little me time! One of us works from home permanently and the other a few days per week.
