Hey,
I’m moving back to Australia in October so I’m looking for an another girl to replace me in my lovely flat! I’ve lived here for 5 years and have loved every minute of it, so I’m really sad to be leaving the flat but it’s time to go back home.

The room is available from late September/early October. There will also be another room available in November.

📍Location
Walking distance to Tooting Bec Tube Station (Northern Line) and Streatham Station. Close to Big Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, M&S Food and very close to Tooting Bec Common (tennis courts, lido). A few gym options are close by, as well as pubs. Two great bus services going to Clapham Common and Clapham Junction/Battersea/Chelsea outside the flat. We’ve always felt very safe in this area.

🏠 THE FLAT
A bright duplex furnished flat, with open plan living and kitchen space. Flat was recently redecorated, all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer), 1 bathroom plus additional toilet room (great water pressure). It’s in a block that has undergone recent refurbishment.

🛏️ THE ROOM
The bedroom is located on the lower floor of the flat and is furnished (double bed with under storage, bedside table and chest of drawers). You’ll have walk in wardrobe!!!! Room for additional furniture and desk. I’m going to be selling the rest of the furniture, happy to sell onto the next tenant if wanted.

💷 RENT AND BILLS
Rent is £649.80, due at the beginning of the month. Bills are around £75 each month (council tax, water, gas/electric, internet, tv licence). The tenancy is due to renew in November and runs annually, however if you were to leave before November you just need to replace yourself. We can confirm the deposit amount but it is likely to be 5 weeks rent. There will also be a charge for referencing.

👯‍♀️ ABOUT US
You’ll be living with 3 other girls; Ellie (25), Emma (28), and another Ellie (28) who will be moving out in November to live with her boyfriend. They work in textile design and town planning, and they all work hybrid (2/3 in the office, ideally looking for someone similar) and are all Nothern ☺️ We love our home and we’d like to keep the dynamic the same, we enjoy going out together for dinners and wine tastings, debriefing in the flat after work, but also have our own things going on.

⭐️ ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is socialable, tidy and respects the space, easy going, and friendly. We would like someone who wants to be part of a home. Working professional, aged around 25-30, no pets, no couples, no smoking/drugs.
