Super King Room, Garden & Office - animals welcome

The room is a large room with a super King bed in a newly refurbished ground-floor flat. The basement has been newly refurbished and includes a lounge, office, and utility room. The property has a large kitchen and dining area as well as a huge garden and patio. It is a three-bedroom, one-bath property.

We are moving out and are looking for someone to replace us in our room. Felipe and Angelo are looking for a third flatmate. They both work in hospitality and have done for many years, they enjoy great food and eating out. They are often at work, so they are looking for someone who can take advantage of the new lounge and office space.
