Friendly Home & Spacious Double Room (Streatham)

I'm heartbroken to be moving out of my beloved room in Streatham! You'd truly have struck gold if you come and live with my funny, kind and brilliant flatmates Moll and Jack.

The Room
It's a large double room (furnished) with loads of storage space and a bright window. Storage-wise, there are two big wardrobes as well as shelf space and cupboard space above that too. The room includes a double bed and two bedside tables. There is also a desk, which is mine, but I would be willing to also throw in as I won't be needing it anymore!

The House
We have decorated our house and look after it with great care. There's a lovely array of houseplants, paintings and mirrors. We have great Wi-Fi, Netflix/Amazon/Etc as well as a Nintendo Wii which we bust out when we're in the mood. The kitchen is on the small side, but has served us very well and is kitted with all the essentials. There is also a separate utility room for our washing machine, so all clothes are dried on the heated drying rack in there.

Bike Storage
On the street we live, there is a secure unit for bike storage. I already paid for a year's access, so you would be welcome to use this space free of charge. It would go to waste otherwise! After a year, you would need to renew to keep using it.

My Flatmates
I'll reiterate, you won't meet better folks than Moll and Jack. They are two of my closest friends and I've adored every minute I've lived with them. Whether it's sharing a tea after a long day, helping fix your bike, lending an ear or heading out to a jazz gig together - if you end up living with them your life will be all the richer for it. Take it from me!

If you'd like to view the place, let me know. I am ideally looking for someone to take the room from mid October onwards, but if we discuss, I can be flexible.
