Looking for a respectful person who keep the communal areas clean & tidy, the rooms are very large so perfect if you WFH a few days a week.

That said, I’m looking for someone who can fill the house with laughter & look after my house, make this your own and create a nice little house share 🙂 the rooms are huge so you have the ability to make them your own and have a sanctuary away from the world.

You would be considered a lodger, and therefore have a lodger agreement.
