Single room available Streatham

We have a single bedroom available 6 minutes from Streatham station, 7 mins from from TheGym, 6 mins from Aldi, M & S and a Big Tescos. The Flat has a big homey living room with open plan kitchen and lots of natural light. A huge garden to enjoy. The bedroom available is a single room with a small double bed and wardrobe. You will be sharing the main bathroom with two others. The current flatmates are 3 women 26, 26, 34 & 1 man 33. One of the ladies is moving out and that’s the room available. We are sociable and happy to eat meals together, watch movies and hangout as well as having separate social lives and also appreciate personal space. We are a mix of veggies & meat eaters and ask for respect for veggies in the house when storing food. We are tidy and clean and have a weekly rota to keep on top of communal areas.

We will be taking viewings beginning 19/09/24 preferably ready to move in 01/10/24 😊
