Spacious double bedroom in 2 bed Streatham flat

Hello!

I'm looking for a someone respectful, sociable and tidy to live in my spare room. I can be flexible on the move in date but I'm looking at early November onwards.

The room comes furnished with a double bed (including under bed storage), two bedside tables, a double chest of drawers and a hanging rail (I have a spare one of these if you want two). There is also loft space in the flat if you want to store anything up there.

I have a parking space on the drive that I don't currently use which you would be welcome to use too.

The flat is a 5-10 minute walk from Streatham station, 15 minutes from Streatham Hill and also really close to Tooting Common which is great for walks/running and also Tooting Bec Lido.

The rent for the room is £1,000 per calendar month, with all bills included.

A bit about me... I'm 34, I work in media for a radio company, I go into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and work from home the rest of the week. I'm quite active and social so out a fair bit but I do also enjoy nights in cooking and chilling. I'm into theatre, sport, travel, cooking, exploring London, all the usual stuff!
