I am looking for a female flatmate to move into my lovely flat in Streatham.

The room is spacious, with a large window that lets in much-needed light even on winter days. There is ample storage space and a comfortable bed.

The lounge is spacious, with two comfortable sofas, TV and a dining area.
The kitchen is separated from the living room, it is functional and well-equipped.
The bathroom is shared and has a bathtub.

The flat is full of light, and on the 4th floor - the views are great, particularly at sunset. Windows are double-glazed.

Bills are currently around £180 per month, incl. internet and council tax.

The area has all you could need in your daily life: a gym across the road, plenty of grocery options and cafes. Plenty of busses routes outside the door and buses to Brixton all day and night and under 10 minutes walk to both Streatham Hill and Streatham station.

I am a mental health care worker. During the week, I tend to go to the gym after work and cook at home, and sometimes going to a gig or dinner. I enjoy visiting galleries and hanging out with friends at the weekend. I keep active and I like to travel.
I am looking for another female professional, easy to talk to and who likes to keep her space clean and tidy and takes active part in weekly cleaning.
