We have a large double and a cosy double available in our big 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house-share in Streatham. The house is in a very good location, under 10 mins walk from both Streatham and Streatham Common stations, close to Tesco, Aldi and Sainsbury’s.

About the rooms:
Both located on the first floor. Furnished with a double beds, built in wardrobes and a dressers. Bathroom pictured is also on the first floor and would be shared with two other flatmates.

About us:
We’re a very diverse, friendly and relaxed household. Even though there’s 6 of us living here, our varied schedules and lifestyles make is so the house doesn’t feel too crowded. Equally, when we can, we organise a movie night or a pub outing together.
The rent for big double is £720, and the small double is £610 a month, due on the 20th every month. All bills included (council tax, gas and electric, water and wifi). The deposit is £529.
