Double room in newly refurbished house

The house and room: 🏕
- The room is on the top floor and can comfortably fit a double bed, drawers / hanging rail, and desk with floor space leftover
- The house is big with a lot of storage and a large living room. You'd be welcome to put a desk in the living room, furniture on landing outside the bedroom, or stuff in storage cupboards to maximise bedroom space.
- The room comes unfurnished.
- The living room, kitchen and lower landing are very big as seen in pics, and we also have a nice garden that the landlord maintains!
- The landlord is super nice and is always happy to pop over and fix anything or do bits of the house up, so we look after it well and keep it clean

Rent and Bills: 💸
- Rent is £710
- Deposit is £845 (not £815 as in the Spareroom info but won't let us change)
- Bills come to around £110 per person, this is slightly less in summer and more in winter due to energy

Location 📍
- 10 min walk to Streatham Rail Station, this goes to London Bridge, Farringdon, St Pancras
- 20 min walk to both Streatham Common and Streatham Hill stations, these go to Victoria
- 315 bus route right outside the house, so easy 10-15 min ride to Balham for the Northern Line
- 10 min walk to further bus stops on the high street that go to Brixton, Tooting, and Central London

About us: 💫
You’ll be joining me and Charlotte Wiggins, we both work 9-5 with 2 or 3 days in office so ideally looking for someone who does similar. We like going to the gym, having a movie night, spontaneous day trips, a pub trip and a Mario Kart tournament. We both prefer a chill evening in rather than clubs, so would be nice find someone with a similar vibe.

Looking for someone who is clean & tidy that wants to make the flat a comfortable & sociable space. Would be lovely to be friends as well as flatmates🕺🫶🏼
