Double Bedroom in 2-Bed Flat in Streatham

Hi,

I am looking for a flatmate to share my 2 bedroom flat in Streatham. I own the property and also live in the flat.

It is a Victorian conversion with 2 bedrooms, a living room / kitchen and 1 bathroom. It's decorated to a good standard and nice

The room itself is a small double and is currently unfurnished as it has previously been used as a spare room with sofa bed (so can be rented as so if preferred) but I plan to furnish with a double bed, small wardrobe and bedside table. There is also built in shelves on the wall.

All bills will be included in the price as well as a bi-weekly cleaner.

Access to the flat is through a shared corridor (shared by 3 other flats, 4 in total in the building). There is no outdoor space but Tooting Common and Streatham Common are within easy walking distance for Summer.

Transport
5 minutes to bus stop with buses to Brixton, Balham, Tooting, Clapham Junction and South London (Peckham, Crystal Palace etc.)

13 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station with South Western trains to Victoria & South London (Crystal Palace etc.)

13 minute walk to Streatham station with Thames Link trains to London Bridge, St Albans and Sutton via Wimbledon.

About me:
I am a 35 year old female looking for a flatmate who shares similar interests. I have quite a busy social life and work in the office 3 days a week, working from home the other 2. Ideally I would be after a flatmate that also works hybrid or is in the office 5 days a week as I tend to work in the kitchen on my 2 days (Monday/Friday) working from home.

I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, running, travelling, seeing friends, watching series (drama or comedies), gigs and festivals. I would love to share with someone I get along well with and can watch a series with or go to the pub occasionally but would need someone with their own social life too.

Initially it will be a 6 month contract, with the opportunity to extend assuming it works for us both.

The room will be available from 4th November, although I can be flexible on dates.
