Comfy room close to Streatham station 20/11

Hi potential new housemate,
We have a double room available in a 3 storey house which is tucked in a quiet location off of Streatham High Street.
The house is within walking distance to Streatham station and Streatham Hill station plus tons of bus routes including regular buses to Brixton for access to the Victoria line.
Currently living here is me (Kat), an environmental consultant and Bethany and Fred, both actors who also have day jobs. Bethany has lived here for a few years while Fred and I moved in earlier this year.
We are all fairly busy so most of our socialising is chatting in the lovely huge, bright kitchen/living room, but we are all super friendly and an occasional pub outing or movie night would be nice.
We're looking for an easy going but clean and tidy flatmate who will see the house as a home. We all have partners who come over occasionally. The house also comes with a cute patio and balcony which I would really like to get stuck into next year.
The landlord is fairly chill so if you like the idea of making the room your own, you can. This room is currently mine, as I'm moving into the room of the housemate who is leaving - the furniture pictured in the room will be coming with me but we will swap it out so you will have a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
We have a washing machine and tumble drier. Parking available with a pass.
