Room in large 2-bed flat in Streatham

So my current flatmate is moving out of London unfortunately, which means I'm now searching for a new flatmate to takeover his room!

The room is a single but the flat has plenty of communal space for you and comes with a really comfy bed and a huge wall-fitted wardrobe, as well as space in the living room for working remotely. The bedroom also gets lots of natural light with a large north-facing window ☀️

The flat has had some recent renovations (bathroom and kitchen) and originally was unfurnished but has been furnished since by my former flatmate since moving in here originally. The lounge is open plan with the kitchen and all the amenities you could need. We had super fast 1GB full fibre broadband installed recently, so there’s great Wi-Fi connectivity here.

The flat is literally a 3-4 min walk to the main Streatham overground station for the Thameslink and South Western lines, and similar distance for the main shops on the high street (Tesco, Aldi, M&S, coffee shops, pubs, etc.). Streatham Common is a lovely green area which is 5 minutes walk away.

- In terms of rent cost, it's listed as £800 for a single person
- In terms of bills, they range in cost month by month but I would say expect about £150 each on average a month (electricity, gas, water, Lambeth Band D council tax, and ultrafast gigabit broadband).

Now about me - I'm pretty easy going to be honest, I'm pretty involved with sports mainly basketball so I'm out doing that quite often during the week, and chilling at home with a good album or TV series on! 🎧📺 I’m pretty sociable and enjoy going for drinks here and there with friends. I'd consider mysef an open minded person and hoping to find someone similar who I can connect and become friends with, not just be flatmates 🙏🏿💫
