Super roomy flat in Streatham

So my current flatmate is moving out of London unfortunately, which means I'm now searching for a new flatmate to takeover his room!

The room is a huge double room with a king-sized bed and an Emma brand Super Kingsize bed (less than a year old) and comes with two double wall-fitted wardrobes. The bedroom also gets lots of natural light with two large south-facing windows ☀️

The flat has had some recent renovations (bathroom and kitchen) and originally was unfurnished but has been furnished since by my former flatmate so things like the desk and chair won't be staying in that room unfortunately. The lounge is open plan with the kitchen and all the amenities you could need. We had super fast 1GB full fibre broadband installed recently, so there’s great Wi-Fi connectivity here.

The flat is literally a 3-4 min walk to the main Streatham overground station for the Thameslink and South Western lines, and similar distance for the main shops on the high street (Tesco, Aldi, M&S, coffee shops, pubs, etc.). Streatham Common is a lovely green area which is 5 minutes walk away.

- In terms of rent cost, it's listed as £1,000 for a single person, for a couple it would be £1,150
- In terms of bills, they range in cost month by month but I would say expect about £150 each on average a month (electricity, gas, water, Lambeth Band D council tax, and ultrafast broadband).
- WFH - Ideally no fully remote flatmates (sorry) just because I already work remotely as a Software Engineer and use the desk in the living room for that as my room doesn't have the space

Now about me - I'm pretty easy going to be honest, I'm pretty involved with sports mainly basketball so I'm out doing that quite often during the week, and chilling at home with a good album or TV series on! 🎧📺 I’m pretty sociable and enjoy going for drinks here and there with friends. I'd consider myself an open minded person and hoping to find someone similar hang with and be friendly around the flat
