Private Room in Big House With Massive Garden

Alright, so we’re three guys looking for a fourth housemate for our place. It’s honestly a bit of a gem - way more space than most London shares, and the garden is genuinely massive (not one of those “garden” situations where it’s actually a patio).

The house:

We’ve got a proper big kitchen with a dining table where we actually eat together sometimes, living room with comfy sofas and a TV, and yeah… disco lights for when we have mates over. There’s also a small guest room that works as an office if you need it. The garden is the real standout though - perfect for BBQs in summer, we use it loads.

Parking is free on the street and there’s a garage for bikes/storage. Neighborhood is quiet enough that people leave bikes out overnight, which gives you an idea of how safe it feels.

Location:

It’s not Central but it’s way better connected than it looks. Brixton tube is a short bus ride, and one of us works in Green Park - commute is genuinely easy, no messing about with multiple changes. It feels peaceful here but you’re not stranded.

Your room:

Double room, fully furnished. Honestly the pictures don’t really show how much space there is - worth seeing in person.

Bills and costs:

∙ Rent is £750/month
∙ Bills are around £100/month (so roughly £850 total per month)
∙ Internet is 500 Mbps which is handy if you work from home

About us:

We’re all working, pretty easy-going. Social enough that we’ll have beers in the garden or cook together sometimes, but not a party house.
Just looking for someone who’s clean, reliable, and up for the occasional group hangout.
