Hi, we’re Charlie and Vicky.

Our wonderful friend is moving in with her partner so we’re looking for a new flatmate to take her room.

• We have a cat
• Rent £800 per month (not including bills)

This would suit someone looking for a quiet, chill space to call home. We both work full time, are in the office half the week, and typically relax with cooking, video games, or curling up on the sofa with the cat, a glass of wine, and a book. We’ve known each other for years and it would be lovely to find someone who wants to make new friends and hang out with the occasional pub trip or board game night. We both really value having a peaceful, safe home so this won’t suit someone looking for a party house. We have really great relationships with our neighbours too.

We have a beautiful cat named Lilith, so animal lovers are encouraged as she’s very affectionate and we ideally want someone who’ll love her as much as we do. Please note we can’t have flowers in the house as most are toxic to cats, and we have to be very careful with any plants, thank you for understanding.

Our current contract moves to rolling in January, so we have the opportunity to arrange a new term if you’d like to discuss 6/12 months etc. We’ll be arranging viewings on a set day – tbc but likely a Friday or weekend.
