Streatham Station: Just a 5-minute walk away, providing excellent transport links across London.

Shops and Amenities: A Sainsbury's Local is just 1 minute away, with a larger Tesco within a 5-minute walk. The area also boasts numerous pubs and local eateries.

Flatmates:
You'll share with friendly housemates who enjoy playing hockey and spending time together, often watching football and other sports in the living room.
