Art Deco Gated flat - right on the highstreet

Hello -

We're looking to replace me on the contract of this rental as I want to be closer to work and family in North London. I'm truly sad to go as I have loved the area, the court's community and the flat itself - it's super calming coming home to the rose garden at night!

Double bed in a two bed flat - front room, bath over shower, kitchen and plenty of storage - fire escape balcony, shared gardens, big windows, high ceilings, wooden floors and lots of light. The floor with the white wood is the bedroom - can send a video via WhatsApp.

Em will be your future flatmate and she's a super funny, lovely and sporty lady who likes art and gigs and socialising. Occasionally we host have a dinner party or movie night with friends and she'd love you to have the same kinda outlook on home. But we've respected each other's space when we're truly tired from work etc.

Em loves cooking (will experiment and always need a tester), is clean and organised, all bills included (Council tax A, Netflix, Wifi, Water.. the lot) and always down for an episode of the latest drama or a decent film. 🍿

Little flexible with move in dates (now until end of October), but mainly need someone to take over my name on contact and deposit (protected properly through an agent). So willing to work around you.

Furniture is all mine - can be yours for free or I can arrange for the donation to local families/ charities.
