Double Room in Streatham weekly stay considered

Lovely, comfortable double bedroom with built in wardrobe. New bathroom. Smoking is allowed on the outside balcony. I don’t have a TV.
Ideally Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday.
Short let considered. Weekly let considered (£175 per week).
I am friendly and like going out, to the gym, but I like to relax reading, watching series on my pc, and my flat for me is an oasis of peace.
I am looking for somebody that is quiet, tidy and respectful.
I can provide fresh towels and linen, and change the bed every 2 weeks.

Great transport links into London
Four train station: Streatham Hill, Streatham, West Norwood, Tulse Hill, reachable by bus, or walking.
417 stop outside the building that goes down to Streatham hill train station (gets into Victoria Station) or to Clapham Common. Across the road it goes to Crystal Palace.
315 across the road that goes to Balham (train and tube station) or to West Norwood Station.
Streatham High Road is 10-15 minutes walking distance, where you can find lots of buses going towards Brixton, or Croydon, or Tooting, Wimbledon
The area is Streatham, but West Norwood is down the road. Crystal Palace is 20 minutes away by bus (417).

Surrounding area is quiet. In the building there is a communal garden anyone can use. There is a corner shop 2 minutes away. Streatham Common Park is 15 mins walking distance, 4 minutes by bus.

10-15 mins walking distance to Streatham High Road, reachable by bus as well, where you can find lots of pubs, cafe, Supermarkets (M&S Food Hall, The Co-op, Tesco express, Sainsbury’s local, Lidl, Iceland, Aldi, another M&S Food Hall and Tesco Extra, near Streatham Station, Big Sainsbury’s further down. Waterstone, several gyms, lots of restaurants and pizza places....
Odeon cinema on Streatham High Road, and Picture house cinema and library in West Norwood.
