After staying in this flat for over two years with my lovely flatmates, I am moving closer to my job.

-and a balcony.

The flat is situated on the side street of a busy road full of convenient shops, restaurants and cute cafes. Lidl and Tesco are within 5 min walk.

Steady monthly fees (council tax/electricity/gas/wifi) total £83, and the water bill is paid every 4 months according to use.
